First, don't worry. The most common reason for a delay is the confirmation time on the blockchain network, which can vary due to congestion.

  1. Check the Transaction: Find the Transaction ID (TxID) in your source wallet.

  2. Use a Blockchain Explorer: Paste the TxID into an explorer (e.g., Etherscan, BscScan) to see its status. If the transaction has the necessary confirmations, it should be credited.

  3. Contact Support: If the transaction shows as "completed" but you still don't see your balance, please contact our 24/7 support team with your TxID, and we will investigate it immediately.
